ABU DHABI - DUBAI ROAD

The Department of Transport through this project aims to alleviate traffic congestion on the current main road connecting Abu Dhabi to Dubai (E11), and provide a new strategic link between the two most populated emirates in the country, as well as create new entrances to the city of Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi International Airport, and Yas and Saadiyat Islands.

The new Abu Dhabi – Dubai main road (E311) is one of the biggest infrastructure projects that the Department of Transport is working on as part of its Surface Transport Master Plan (STMP). Musanada has signed a contract to implement the new project, in its first and second phases, with each of Ghantoot Transport and General Contracting Establishment, Tristar Engineering and Constructions, and Abu Dhabi Salini Costruttori.

The Scope of our work included the entire Electrical System is Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 33KV Dead End tower

• Modification of existing Suspension Tower with stay arrangement and supports as Temporary Terminal Tower.
• Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 33KV underground cable.
• Dismantling of existing Suspension Tower.
• Supply and Installation of new terminal tower with all associated accessories for the permanent Connection of the underground 33KV power cables 3C-240mm2 during the available shutdown.
• Conversion of modified Tower No. TWR49 to Suspension Tower.
• Prepare the list of dismantled towers, arrange bundles and return the material to the designated stores.

Tilal Liwa- Hotel Road

Located in Liwa, Abu Dhabi’s Western Region, the 111 room Tilal Liwa Hotel overlooks the scenic Liwa Oasis on one side and the legendary Rub Al Khali (Empty Quarter) Desert on the other. Located in the heart of the rolling dunes of the UAE. Perched at the edge of the Rub Al Khali desert in the United Arab Emirates, conveniently located along the modern Sila highway, near Mezzaira village, 175-kilometre leisurely drive from Abu Dhabi city and Abu Dhabi International Airport.

The Scope of our works included are Supply, Install, Testing & Commissioning of Street Light, Over Head Line and Supply, Install, Testing & Commissioning of shifting of 11KV Cable.

District Coolant Plant

The construction contract for the USD 75 million District Cooling Plant at the Midfield Terminal Complex (MTC) in Abu Dhabi. The district cooling plant will have a capacity of 60,000TR to service the midfield airport terminal where the UAE's national airline's operations (Etihad) will be based. The terminal is expected to accommodate 20-40 million passengers annually. The project will include 160 check-in desks. The project will also include a 3-star transit hotel which will offer 163 rooms and a metro link to the airport.

The Scope of our work included the entire Electrical System is Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 22KV Electrical Works for main feeder connection between the DCP to Primary PSS1(ARPPRY5).

ADNOC Distribution

Western Region Municipality

The Western Region Municipality (WRM) is a government entity that operates independently with full legal capacity, under the umbrella of the Department of Municipal Affairs. It offers its services in Abu Dhabi’s Western Region, in each of Sheikh Zayed city, AL Mirfa, Liwa, Al Sila, Ghayathi and Delma.
The Scope of our works included the street light works and replacement of Metal Halide Light to LED.

Ghantoot Labor Camp

The new labor camp for Ghantoot Co. in Ruwais (the new Infrastructure Project). Camp consists of 14 residential zones, offices, workshop & batching plant with total power of 5.1MW. Power distributed through four substations of 1500KVA

SILA’A-Security System

Recognizing the benefits of interconnection of their Power grids, the six Arab states of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman decided to build an AC interconnection of the 50 Hz systems of Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE and Oman with a back-to-back HVDC interconnection to the 60 Hz Saudi Arabian system.

The Scope of our work included the entire Electrical System is Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Electrical Works for Physical Security System (CCTV Cameras, Access System for Doors, Card Readers, OEBs & IEBs)

AL REEF-2 VILLAS

Al Reef 2 is a mixed-use development spanning 465,000 sq. m. and comprising 860 duplex villas as well as leisure and retail offerings. The project is located in Al Samha, off the highway between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, near Kizad and Khalifa Port. The Al Reef 2 community includes a school and kindergarten with an international standard football pitch. The Retail center at the heart of the development provides a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, shops and services. Al Reef 2 comprises two types of duplex villas, one of three bedrooms and the other of two bedrooms and a family room, with a total built up area of 2,330 sq. ft., and two parking spaces for each type.

The Scope of our works in this project are Supply, Installation, and Testing & Commissioning of Internal and External Electrical works such as:

1. 3c-300/120mm2 cables with warning tapes, cable tiles, cable route marker, cable joint and termination.
2. QRM, H.V. Panel, TRM, Transformer Installation.
3. LV and HV cable laying and termination.

Fujairah Police GHQ

The Scope of our works in this project are Supply, Installation, and Testing & Commissioning of Electrical and Telephone works such as MDB, SMDB, FDB, Capacitor Bank, Consumer Unit, LV cables, Isolators, Switches and Sockets.

ABU DHABI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Scope of our works in this project are Supply, Installation, and Testing & Commissioning of Electrical and Telephone works such as MDB, SMDB, FDB, Capacitor Bank, Consumer Unit, LV cables, Isolators, Switches and Sockets.Conceived as a gateway to Abu Dhabi, the Terminal Building is raised up from the road level giving the appearance of sitting on its own plateau. In this context the building is the dominant and most impressive structure on the horizon with its dynamic profile silhouetted against the sky. At night the building’s illuminated interior will be visible from the highway over 1,500 meters away.

On approaching the Terminal Building the roadway system and landscaping work together to create a sequence of events culminating in a monumental civic space inside the terminal. Internally the scale of the Departure Hall, a 50-meter-high space rendered largely column-free through the use of long span leaning arches, endows the building with an open, outdoor quality, with the supporting arches visually separated from the roof to enhance the lightweight feel. On plan, the X-shape provides the greatest programmatic efficiencies enabling the terminal to extend to 49 gatehouses, accommodating 59 aircrafts at any one time.

Command of Military Works

The project calls for the construction of a military buildings and military camps located in the Al Shahama area as part of the Zayed Military City, northeast of Abu Dhabi.

The Scope of our works in this project are Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of 11KV cables between 11KV package units to Existing 11KV cable (Pick point).

Neighborhood One Residences

The Neighborhood One Residences (N1R) Project consists of 500 residential units comprising 75 one and 425 two bedrooms apartments, located on existing three-level parking podium, plot B03 at Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. The GFA is approximately 59,000 square meters.

The Scope of our works in this project are Install, Testing & commissioning of Dry type transformers each 1000KVA 22/0.4KV and 22KV panel, 22 KV Cables and LV cable termination.

Shams Residential Development

The Shams Abu Dhabi project will be developed on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi and occupy approximately 25% of the island. It will occupy 1.32 million square meters of which, 90% will be dedicated to residential buildings and has a potential of developing 22,000 residential units which will house around 100,000 people whereas the rest will be available for commercial use and recreational facilities.

The Scope of our works in this project are Supply, Install, Testing & commissioning of Electrical works (MDBs. SMDBs, METER BOX, and CAPACITOR. BANK, LV CABLES) and ADDC Temporary power supply works.

Sea Palace - Abu Dhabi

The Scope of our works in this project are Install, Testing & commissioning of two transformers each 1000KVA 11/0.4KV and QRM, RTU, DMS Integration, 11 KV Cables 3c-300/120mm2, Supply and Installation of 11KV MV Cable termination kit to complete the termination

Abu Dhabi Distribution Company

Abu Dhabi Distribution Company needs to maintain the Street light works in all the emirates of Abu Dhabi in order to sustain the relevant standards and maintenance of Street Light most specially, in Liwa road, Western Region Area. The Scope of our works in this project are Excavation, laying and backfilling of LV Cables, Protection Tiles and Warning tape.

GASCO

The Project of GASCO involves laying natural gas pipeline from Yas Island to Mina Zayed port, with 24-inch, 45-kilometre gas pipeline to supply gas to the existing natural gas vehicle filling station.

The Scope of works are Excavation, laying, Testing & Commissioning, Back filling, Termination of LV Cable between ADDC feeder pillar to Yas mina Zayed Gas pipe line and another work same in al saadiyat island for laying, excavation, testing and commission

ADNOC AL MARFA MARINE SUBSTATION

ADNOC Distribution announced the opening of Al Marfa City service station in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi as part of the company’s strategic expansion plan to meet the growing demand for its high-quality products and services.

Located on the Hospital Street and next to the Integrated Government Services Centers “Tamm”, the latest addition to ADNOC Distribution’s network takes the total number of service stations in the Western Region to 36.

The Scope of works are Supply, Installation, Excavation and laying, testing and commissioning of LV Main cables.
