We also ensure compliance with the standards of highly recognized electromechanical Institutions and more importantly coordinate the MEP services with the buildings Structural elements, architectural and interior design.

Thus shop drawings are produced and forwarded to the construction team who In turn execute the installations accordingly.

As built drawings are then produced and handed over to the client along with Comprehensive operations and maintenance manuals covering all the equipment, all the Stages are developed, prepared, submitted and approved by the Engineer, construction Manager and Owner and the related local authorities, OHM ELECTROMECHANICAL CONTRACTING implements advanced project control and documentation in line to achieve the ISO certification.

OHM ELECTROMECHANICAL CONTRACTING has established a dedicated maintenance division which caters to the Maintenance and Operation of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works that have been completed and successfully handed over to the Client.

The Maintenance Division is committed to quality work and rapid response service. Operating with fully equipped service vans and qualified teams of technicians, the division is Capable of supplying and installing, all replacement parts as necessary.

OHM ELECTROMECHANICAL CONTRACTING Maintenance team is also supported by a workshop which is Capable of Repairing and rewinding motors, repairing Air Handling Units, Fan coil Units, Replacing Coils, Compressors and components of electrical panels and switchgear.
